25 random facts about me

I know you have been dying to know this information about me but hopefully it will satisfy the fact that I haven't posted in almost 2 months. (Plus my sister-in-law tagged me so I thought I would participate). I'm horrible. I'm going to blogger hell for my lack of blogging.

1. I have a slight case of OCD and I can be a perfectionist—which doesn’t always show, thank goodness!
2. I wish that I was well off financially only so that I could travel the world and see all that it has to offer.
3. I have a slight crush on Andy Roddick. Okay so it’s actually a big crush. He sure is good looking!! I could watch him play tennis for hours on end. Dang him for ever getting engaged. It won’t last!!
4. There are a lot of times I wish I could go back to high school where life was simpler.
5. I could watch ‘Friends’ reruns until the cows come home. I love that show.
6. I love being with my family. I wish we could all live under the same roof—of course it would have to be a mansion of some sort otherwise I would go nuts from tight quarters.
7. I love to laugh, would do it all day if I could. I love getting to that point where your stomach and cheeks hurt from laughing so hard. Burns lots of calories too I hear.
8. I wish I never had to work a day in my life. Don’t get me wrong, I love where I work and my paychecks and I’m sure I would be bored out of my mind if I didn’t work but it always seems like a great idea when I’m working.
9. I love game shows—especially Price Is Right. I know it’s an old people thing to watch but I have been known to set my alarm so that I didn’t miss it in the mornings on my days off. I sometimes get a little depressed if I miss it.
10. I love the smell of gasoline and paper money. Love going to fill up the tank.
11. I love to play tennis but it bothers me that I’m not good at it. It looks so easy when you watch it on the TV.
12. I don’t mind watching football games but it usually is more fun to watch when I have an interest in one of the teams.
13. Thunderstorms fascinate me. Love the lightning and more so when it is down pouring to.
14. I had a hemangioma under my chin when I was born and it was removed when I was 7. I hated when people would ask me what it was and then were grossed out about it. I’m not going to lie though, it was kind of gross but I couldn’t help it. Kids can be so mean sometimes.
15. I always wanted to change my name to Hailey or Julie when I was younger. I did not like my name.
16. I want my first kid to be a girl because I think you probably spend the most one-on-one time with your first and I think it will be so fun to dress a little girl and be very cutsy with her and apparently I will only be able to do this if I have a girl first.
17. I was always scared that I was going to be kidnapped when I was little and that my kidnappers would look something like Horace and Jasper from 101 Dalmatians. I think the new stories of kidnappings was a big thing when I was in kindergarten so I think that’s where my fear started.
18. I wish that everyone had to stay home on the first snow of the winter because growing up in Oregon, when it snowed the whole city/world stopped. Everyone would have to cuddle up on the couch and read a book or watch tv and sip hot chocolate all day long.
19. I love the Christmas holiday for obvious reasons but mainly because for the most part everyone is in a good mood because of what season it is.
20. The 4th of July is actually my favorite holiday, which you might not have guessed from the previous fact mentioned in #19.
21. Swedish fish and Hershey’s kisses are my all-time favorite candies. And I usually have a favorite candy based on which holiday it is (Juju hearts on valentine’s day, Cadbury mini eggs for easter, those sugary pumpkin candies for Halloween, etc.)
22. Unlike most people who want to sky dive before they die, I would actually like to milk a cow one day before I die. Strange, I know.
23. I hate snakes. I think it is because they can move without any appendages. No arms or legs, how is it possibly?! Freaks me out.
24. When I would go visit my grandparent’s house in Montana (up in the mountains), I was a little afraid that I would run into a mountain lion and it would eat me.
25. I hate when people are mad at me or tell me I am very wrong. It just makes me feel very funny inside. Don’t get me ‘wrong’(ha ha, funny), I know I get things wrong all the time but I hate when it is pointed out to me in front of lots of people. Maybe that’s a little of the perfectionist in me. I hate being wrong.
